A Fine Champagne derived from the 2 finest crus, Rare is made up of over 50% derived from grapes grown in the Grande Champagne, and the remainder from the Petite Champagne. Aged from between 6 and 12 years, with most being around 8 years old, Hine Rare VSOP Fine Champagne is an exquisite blend of over 25 cognacs and was first blended by the eponymous Thomas Hine.
