The Cucumber Cooler isn’t a classic cocktail, It’s not even very well known. But for those who are familiar with it will attest, it’s just the ticket to watch the sun-down in the garden or the balcony. Or looking out the window wishing you had a balcony. The Cucumber Cooler can also be served on the rocks for those who like to nurse their drinks for a little longer.
INGREDIENTS
- 40 Gin
- 40 ml Cucumber juice
- 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml Rosemary Syrup
DIRECTION
- Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled coupe.
- Add a lemon peel to garnish
